Main Research Achievements:
Professor Tie Wang has been committed to the fundamental research and clinical application in vitro analysis for detecting diseases based on nanomaterial self-assembled structures and achieved a series of innovative achievements. He has carried out systematic and original studies on key scientific issues surrounding the detection of disease-related biomarkers. Basing on the internal relationship between the mechanical properties of the self-assemblies, regulated micro-nano structure and the disease detection in vitro, a series of novel self-assembled structures of nanomaterials were constructed to detect diseases highly sensitively and selectively in the complex flow system of the physiological environment, exploring the mechanism of the interfacial interaction of the self-assembly micro/nano structures and the chemical information of diseases. The influence factors of different interfacial structures for flow states were also studied to reveal the mechanisms of adsorption dynamics of disease biomarkers. Meanwhile, a series of novel methods and technologies were also developed to detect disease in complex flow system. Further, the portable testing instruments for exhaled breath were developed to break through the rapid detection by the real-time via online analysis for early screening of lung cancer and carry out clinical trials for early detection of diseases, eventually, achieving integrated research platform from fundamental research, instrument development toward clinical testing. He has published more than 110 academic papers in international journals, such asScience,Chem. Soc. Rev.,Adv. Mater.,Angew. Chem.,Nat. Commun.,Sci. Adv.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.and other core journals, and cited by 5800 times. In addition, 20 invention patents have been applied and 12 have been authorized.
